Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged by customer use
- Products returned due to change of mind
- Items with missing original packaging or accessories
Return Process
If you receive a product with quality issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the quality issue
- Wait for our approval and return instructions
- Ship the product back following our guidelines
Return Period
Quality issue returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept returns for any reason.
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned product:
- We will inspect the product to confirm the quality issue
- If approved, a full refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days
Shipping Costs
For approved quality issue returns:
- We will cover the return shipping costs
- You will be reimbursed for reasonable shipping expenses
- Please keep your shipping receipt for reimbursement
