Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Products returned due to change of mind
  • Items with missing original packaging or accessories

Return Process

If you receive a product with quality issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the quality issue
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the product back following our guidelines

Return Period

Quality issue returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept returns for any reason.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • We will inspect the product to confirm the quality issue
  • If approved, a full refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs

For approved quality issue returns:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs
  • You will be reimbursed for reasonable shipping expenses
  • Please keep your shipping receipt for reimbursement
